Emmet's hair cut

About once a year Emmet asks to get his hair cut...I just love those messy curls, so it always gives me a pang.  But with his hair shorter you can see his freckles better...fair trade.

Bathtime could be boring.  But not with dinosaurs.

Cute. Now if they'd only stay out of my soffets...

We have had a mama raccoon and two babies staying in out soffits.  They make a remarkable amount of noise and then, occasionally, the babies get into the basement and we open the basement door to find a small curled up baby raccoon sleeping on the top stair.  Cute, but annoying.

Newborn Cael

After posting those more recent pictures of Cael, I was reminded of this one, which was taken when he was only about 4 days old. I thought it would make a great Daily Scene today.  He is so small and precious in his Daddy's arms.  I can't believe this tiny man is 8 months old already!

SneekPeek! The Alexander Children-- take two!

Well, you might remember that I shot these three terrific kids a couple of weeks ago...but unfortunatly poor Wyatt was unwell.  So we decided to try again with hope of getting great shoots of all THREE...I think it was a success!

This is my Alice Rose, doctor swears she too young to be teething...but, geez, look at her go.

Is there anything sweeter than little baby feet?  Unless it is little baby hands or little baby butts or little baby eyes or...well, babies are sweet, aren't they?

I was so excited when Alex and Tai chose me to document their wedding. They are a couple whose love and respect for each other is obvious.  It was a privilage to photograph them after they were married at the courthouse on Thursday, then to be there at the beautiful reception on Saturday.

It is always great fun to photograph the Alexander children, even more now that they have a new little brother, William!  Georgia and William had lots of fun together, but poor little Wyatt was sick...so we'll be back in a week or two to try again.
